Lara specializes in massage that addresses specific pain, restricted range of motion, tension, and relaxation.  She will incorporate deep tissue, passive movement, Swedish techniques and other modalities based on your specific needs.  

Each Therapeutic Massages is customized to you, based on the level of pain, tension and specific conditions related to a your  current health.  There is a flat fee and no additional charges for specific modalities.
