Hello, my name is Lara Hoechst and I have been a licensed Massage Therapist since 2012. I currently am licensed in the States of Florida (MA#69686), Montana (LMT-LMT-LIC-20189) and North Carolina (NC-LMBT#19959) and currently practicing in Franklin, NC in the beautiful mountains of western NC.  I started off my college years as a business major but quickly found my passion in psychology and sociology and changed my major to ultimately earn a B.A. in Psychology from Flagler College, St. Augustine, FL. 

Prior to graduation from Flagler, I was in a series of car accidents and a whitewater rafting accident which left me with a lot of neck and shoulder pain.  This resulted in many headaches and restricted mobility in that area. In my quest to relieve the pain, I stumbled upon acupuncture, chiropractic care and massage therapy which helped me tremendously!  Since then, I have been hooked on finding natural proven therapies to release pain and promote health.  In the process, I fell in love with these therapies and thus started on my journey to become a massage therapist so I could share this healing art with others.  I am passionate about this therapy, and I LOVE what I do!
